Justin Robertson has been working in the construction fields for 15 years and has had extensive training in most types of construction.  He has filled roles in the construction management side of the business but prefers to be the worker instead of the supervisor whenever able.  He has a passion for true green building coming from experiences living off-grid.  His passions include exploring perma-culture, functional design, low voltage systems, and master craftsmanship.  

Outside of construction, Justin enjoys backpacking, piloting, the martial arts, and a good symposium.

John Ward has trained under his father, Jim Ward, for the last 16 years.  He has honed many skills in all aspects of construction, but specializes in frame to finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, furniture building, and fine woodworking.  He recently spent 2015-16 designing, planning and building his own custom home with his father.  His work is characterized by attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a desire to constantly improve.

His joy is found in his wife and two children, and a love of the outdoors.
